This includes returning phone calls and emails in the rare cases where a member of our support staff is not immediately available to assist you. Emails are normally responded to within the hour during normal working hours and are monitored periodically throughout the weekend as well. Voice mails left on our answering system are responded to in a similar manner. In all cases of correspondence, our staff employs an "A.S.A.P." attitude when working with our customers.
