A client from Hosford, FL, recently contacted Line-X of Bainbridge regarding getting the inner bed of his new Sure-Trac Dump Trailer sprayed with our Line-X bedliner. Having dealt with spraying dump beds before, we had a good idea of what was involved in completing this job and ensuring the client would be pleased with our work.
We first spoke with him over the phone and invited him to our store so we could look at the trailer in person. Once he arrived, we were able to talk in further detail about the primary use of the trailer. We showed him pictures of a similar job we had completed. He was impressed by the way the other trailer turned out and decided to leave the trailer with us to get the job done.
Spraying the beds of trailers and trucks, as well as toolboxes and even fuel cells, has become exceedingly popular among construction workers, forestry units and everyday household owners. The Line-X application keeps objects in the bed of the trailer from sliding or scratching the painted surface. Line-X also protects the bed from getting damaged or rusting and eroding when transporting things such as soil, rocks, tree limbs or household debris.
Since this trailer will be taking some abuse, we decided to spray the Line-X at 120 mils thick. Once sprayed, Line-X remains flexible to absorb impacts and prevent dents and scratches from occurring. Line-X bedliners are also a great option to help keep all your investments in good shape for many years to come.
The client was incredibly pleased with how the Line-X turned out in his trailer.
We can spray just about anything, from golf carts to side-by-sides, boats, and even toolboxes and any similar projects. Give us a call today in Bainbridge at 229-246-2111 or in Thomasville at 229-233-5001 if you have a question about our Line-X spray-in bedliner applications or would like to set up an appointment now.
What a round about cost for a dump truck trailer to be sprayed.

We need to see the trailer and know the size to give you a price.
I have a 40x102x72 end dump trailer. Do you do the coating on a trailer this size? Would also like to get my windows tinted on my Freightliner?
Yes we can spray a trailer that size in our Bainbridge location and yes we can tint your Freightliner at our Thomasville location.
