Communicate With Ease
The DDX393 features premium Bluetooth for crystal-clear phone calls. The dual phone system allows you to pair and use two phones at the same time, so you can communicate using your personal and business phones, or you and your passenger can both stay in touch by toggling phones with the push of a button.
Kenwood Bluetooth includes audio streaming with Wireless Music Browsing support. You can see what songs are on your device and select the track of your choice. The DDX393 also includes Siri Eyes Free for easy communication with your iPhone.
Be Entertained
The DDX393 features an AM/FM receiver, CD and DVD playback. The USB port on the rear of the DDX393 lets you play MP3, WMA, WAV and AAC audio files; compressed media files from a USB stick; or music from compatible Apple and Android-based devices. The USB port will supply up to 1.5 amps of current for speedy phone charging.
Be Safe
The DDX393 has provisions for two camera connections – front and rear. The rear camera image will be displayed when you put the vehicle transmission into reverse. The front image appears just by tapping the screen after you select the monitor view from the pop-up short-cut menu. Each monitor input can be used to select for true or mirror image display.
Great Sound
Because the DDX393 is part of the eXcelon series, you know that audio performance is a top priority. The unit features a 22 watt per channel amplifier for front and rear speakers, and three pairs of preamp outputs rated at 4 volts RMS. The DDX393 includes adjustable high- and low-pass crossovers, a 13-band graphic equalization for system tuning, and five channels of time alignment with level control for amazing system configuration. Options
You can choose to add an SXV300 SiriusXM tuner for crystal-clear satellite radio reception. The DDX393 is also compatible with the iDatalink Maestro Vehicle Integration module. The Maestro RR allows you to integrate with factory audio and Bluetooth features such as Ford Sync or Chrysler UConnect, as well as see heater controls, vehicle configuration options and much more.
