Stage 1 – Source Unit Kits
Stage 1 includes a PMX-2 digital media receiver and an installation kit for the dash. The PMX-2 features a 2.7-inch color display, Bluetooth streaming, AM/FM/WB tuner, AUX and USB inputs, and is Pandora-internet radio ready. The front panel is IPX6-rated so it can get dusty and dirty without any fear of damage. The dash kits are designed for each vehicle for easy installation.
Stage 2 – Source Unit and Front Speakers
If you opt for the Stage 2 kit, you will get everything in Stage 1, plus a set of Rockford Fosgate Prime series RM1652B speakers and a set of enclosures. The RM1652 speakers are a 6.5-inch coaxial design that is marine-ready. Both the speaker materials and grill are UV-resistant, and they can handle exposure to water, dust and dirt. The speaker enclosures are designed to bolt right into the front of the vehicle, using OEM hardware locations.
Stage 3 – Amplified Stereo System with Subwoofer
Take all the goodies from Stage 2 and add a 400 watt TM400X4ad amplifier to the Ranger and YXZ. The RZR kit includes a 300 watt PBR300X4 and 300 watt PBR300X1. The systems include an RM110D2B Prime series 10-inch subwoofer and a dedicated enclosure. Each enclosure fits securely to the vehicle, using OEM mounting holes. Rockford designed the speaker and subwoofer enclosures so you will not lose any passenger or cargo space.
Stage 4 – Four-channel Stereo System with Subwoofer
Stage 4 kits build on Stage 3 with the addition of a set of Prime Series RM1652W-MB speaker enclosures for the rear of the vehicle. These rugged enclosures provide the perfect mount for the Prime speakers. Thanks to the enclosed design, no additional space is taken up by the installation of these. Rockford includes mounting clamps with these 6.5-inch speaker enclosures so we can attach them to the roll cage behind you.
Stage 5 – Entertainment to the Max
With a total of 1,150 watts, the Stage 5 kit for the RZR adds a TM750X1bd switched to Punch Series speakers, and a Power series subwoofer for a massive increase in output. The YXZ Stage 5 kits builds on Stage 3 with a set of 6.5-inch upper front speakers and enclosures.
