The 2022 Ford Bronco is one of the hottest off-roaders on the market this year. Precision Audio in Bainbridge was recently asked to upgrade one with a new set of wheels and tires, a suspension lift kit and window tint for a client from Colquitt. After looking through some catalogues and websites to choose wheels that fit the vehicle’s look, we put together a package that would make this SUV even cooler.
Ford Bronco Wheel, Tire and Suspension Upgrades
The first order of business was to install the Superlift 2-inch lift kit. The package includes fabricated steel front and rear spacers along with high-strength fasteners. Our technicians installed the spacers and then checked and adjusted the alignment using our Hunter computerized alignment machine.
The next step was to mount a set of Toyo 35/12.50/20 Mud Terrain tires on the Fuel D673 Blitz wheels the client chose. We mounted the tires using our Hunter tire machine and then balanced each assembly on our Road Force balancer. Ensuring perfect balance and concentricity is crucial to a smooth and safe ride. We also used a set of tire pressure monitoring sensors on the new wheels so the truck could display pressure information on the dash.
Premium Window Tint Adds Comfort
The client chose the Llumar ATR window tint as it offers good heat rejection. We pulled the Bronco into our dedicated dust-free tint bay and started the process of cleaning the windows while our computer-controlled plotter cut the film. We never cut window tint film on a vehicle when we have a template for the plotter. This eliminates the chances of knicks, cuts and scratches on the glass and window trim from a razor knife.
All of the tint solutions we offer block at least 99% of the UV rays from the sun to protect our clients and the vehicle interior from damage. UV can accelerate the fading process on cloth, vinyl and leather and can lead to blemishes and premature wrinkling on a person’s skin.
