Bainbridge Client Comes to Precision Audio for Chevy 3500 Accessories

A business owner from Bainbridge recently contacted Precision Audio to inquire about adding some accessories to his Chevrolet 3500. The client wanted to add some protection and functionality to the big Duramax-powered work truck. We had a close look at the vehicle, then worked with the client to choose accessories and upgrades that would provide the features he wanted.

Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD Grille Upgrade

The client chose a Westin HDX Winch Mount Grille Guard to protect the lights and factory grill from branches and bushes. We relocated the parking sensors into the new grille guard using a Westin sensor relocation kit. Next, we added a Westin 12,000-pound integrated winch and ran the power wiring to the battery.

Truck Bed Accessories

Additional steps were added to facilitate access to the tool boxes.

The new CamLocker tool boxes add much needed storage space.

The client chose an extra-deep CamLocker King Size toolbox for the back of the truck bed and a set of matching SMB60 side-mount toolboxes to store equipment safely. All three boxes have a durable matte black finish and include a heavy-duty cam-style locking system.

While working on the outside of the vehicle, we added a set of AMP Research 7540701A folding bed steps to the side of the pickup truck box. These new steps flip down easily and provide quick access to the toolboxes we added to the bed. We also added a set of Husky Liner 57871 mudguards to the back of the truck.

Premium Window Tint Installation

The client wanted a high-quality window tint solution to keep the interior of the truck cool on hot days. Our installation team used our computer-controlled cutting system to ensure a flawless fit. Using the computer cutter eliminates the chances of nicks, scratches or cut lines in the vehicle glass.

We added a set of Ventshade 94536 rain guards to the front and rear windows so the client can leave the windows vented without worrying about rain or debris entering the vehicle.

Truck Seat Protection

The last step was to install a set of Covercraft SeatSaver seat covers in the truck. We used a set of SS2517PCTP covers in the front and SS8429PCTP for the back seats. These seat covers are made of a durable polycotton material and are taupe to match the tan upholstery.

Work Truck Accessory Project

With the upgrades and accessories installed on this Chevy 3500 work truck, it was time to return the vehicle to the client. He was thrilled with the way the truck looked with the new grille guard, window tint and tool boxes installed. The seat covers and premium metalized window tint would keep the factory upholstery looking like new.
