Here at Precision Audio, we are known for our car audio and truck accessories, but few people know that we also do many other vehicle enhancements. We got to show off some of our other work when Hobson of Cairo, Georgia, stopped by to see our guys at Precision of Bainbridge for some rear seat entertainment options in a 2019 Cadillac Escalade. We discussed the many benefits of separate headrest and flip-down video systems for this beautiful Cadillac and then let Hobson discuss the options with their customer.
Shortly afterward, we received a call giving us the go-ahead for our Advent ADVEXL12A 12″ flip-down video system, which in our minds was the perfect choice for this vehicle.
With a plan in mind, it was time to let our guys go to work. Installing these overhead DVD players requires a lot of time and patience. First, our installer removed the rear dome light, which allows him to gain access to a power source that will later power the DVD player. Once this was done, they made a custom bracket to support the weight of the DVD player, which will prevent the headliner from sagging down over time. Lastly, our installer wiped everything down, making sure the vehicle was as clean as when the dealership brought it to us. Their client was thrilled with these upgrades!
